1. Introduction

Welcome to Orezia (“we”, “us”, “our”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:

  • the Orezia website (orezia.app)

  • the Orezia mobile application (when launched)

  • all related tools, services, features, and content

By accessing or using Orezia, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply whether you are:

  • browsing the website

  • joining the waitlist

  • completing surveys

  • creating an Orezia account

  • using Orezia’s bill management or switching features

    We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always appear on this page. If changes are significant, we will notify you.


2. Who We Are

Orezia is currently preparing for incorporation in the United Kingdom.

Once incorporated, our company name, registered address, and company number will be added to these Terms.

3. Eligibility

To use Orezia, you must:

  • be at least 16 years old

  • reside in the United Kingdom

  • have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

If using Orezia on behalf of a household, you confirm you have the authority to do so.


4. Description of Orezia Services

Orezia is a platform designed to help users:

  • track and manage household bills

  • view bill summaries and payment schedules

  • compare utility providers and tariffs

  • identify potential savings

  • receive switching suggestions

  • initiate switching workflows (when supported)

  • understand renewal dates and price changes

Certain features may not be available until the app launches or evolves.

We may add, remove, or modify features at any time.


5. Account Registration (When App Is Live)

To access full Orezia features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate, up-to-date information

  • keep your password secure

  • notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

  • not impersonate others or create fraudulent accounts

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.


6. Use of Orezia

You agree to use Orezia only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must NOT:

  • use Orezia to conduct fraud

  • attempt to access systems without authorisation

  • misuse bill data, switching tools, or insights

  • interfere with Orezia’s operations or security

  • reverse engineer or copy the platform

  • use Orezia to distribute harmful code

  • attempt to circumvent any feature restrictions

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.


7. Switching Services

If Orezia provides switching functionality (energy, broadband, insurance, etc.), you acknowledge:

  • switching recommendations are based on the data you provide

  • final pricing and availability depend on third-party providers

  • Orezia does not guarantee savings

  • switching decisions are ultimately yours

  • switching may involve cooling-off periods

  • switching may depend on eligibility checks by providers

We act as an intermediary or comparison layer — not a utility provider.


8. Accuracy of Data

Orezia’s insights (forecasts, predictions, suggestions, savings estimates) are informational only.

While we strive for accuracy:

  • bill amounts

  • tariff prices

  • renewal dates

  • predicted savings

  • switching opportunities

…may not always be perfectly accurate or up to date.

You should verify critical details with your provider before making decisions.

Orezia is not responsible for losses due to inaccurate user inputs or data provided by third parties.


9. Third-Party Links and Services

Orezia may link to or integrate with third-party services such as:

  • bill providers

  • tariff comparison APIs

  • switching platforms

  • analytics tools

  • form providers (e.g., Microsoft Forms)

We are not responsible for:

  • their content

  • their actions

  • their terms

  • their privacy policies

Using those services is at your own risk.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on Orezia — including logos, branding, text, graphics, layouts, code, designs, and features — is owned by Orezia or licensed to us.

You may not:

  • copy

  • modify

  • distribute

  • reverse engineer

  • publicly display

  • commercially exploit

any part of Orezia without written permission.

You may use Orezia only for personal, non-commercial household purposes.


11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is critically important to us.

12. Termination

Orezia is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted service

  • error-free performance

  • accuracy of forecasts

  • success of switches

  • financial savings

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.


14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by UK law:

  • Orezia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • We are not liable for actions taken based on our insights

  • Our total liability is limited to £50 or the amount you paid (whichever is less)

  • We are not liable for losses caused by third-party providers

This does not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of:
